Your experience begins with hotel pickup between 6:10 a.m. and 6:50 a.m., followed by a scenic 50-minute drive to the Andean village of Cruzpata — the starting point of your ATV adventure.Upon arrival, your professional guide will provide a comprehensive safety briefing along with a short practice session, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable operating your ATV before setting off.You will then embark on an exhilarating ride toward the remarkable circular terraces of Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory.

Enjoy approximately 2 hours of round-trip riding, surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes, open fields, and traditional rural communities. This route offers the perfect blend of adrenaline and cultural immersion, allowing you to connect closely with nature and local life.After exploring Moray, you will return to Cruzpata and continue by tourist transport to the fascinating Salineras de Maras.

This portion of the journey is completed by vehicle to ensure safety along the route. Along the way, you’ll be treated to spectacular panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of Nevado Verónica and Nevado Chicón, rising majestically above the Sacred Valley.The tour concludes with your return to Cusco, arriving at Plaza Regocijo at approximately 1:00 p.m. — completing an unforgettable experience that perfectly combines adventure, culture, and extraordinary scenery.

Get ready for an unforgettable half-day adventure through the Sacred Valley on ATVs. One of our representatives will pick you up directly from your hotel in Cusco and take you to Cruzpata, where your quad bike experience begins.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive safety instructions and have time to practice riding the ATV, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable before the tour starts. Once ready, we set off toward Moray, riding along scenic countryside trails with stunning views of the Andean landscape.

At Moray, you’ll have free time to explore this fascinating archaeological site. Located about 7 km (4.5 miles) from Maras and 63 km (39 miles) from Cusco, Moray is famous for its impressive system of circular agricultural terraces, reaching depths of up to 100 meters (330 feet). Many historians believe the Incas used this site as an agricultural laboratory to experiment with crop cultivation at different altitudes and microclimates.

After visiting Moray, we continue our ATV journey to the spectacular Maras Salt Mines. Dating back to Inca times, this unique site features thousands of salt pools carved into the mountainside. Fed by a natural underground saltwater spring, the pools evaporate under the sun, leaving behind crystallized salt. Local families have harvested salt here using traditional methods for more than 500 years, creating one of the most photogenic landscapes in the Sacred Valley.

Throughout the ride, enjoy panoramic views of the town of Maras, rolling farmlands, snowcapped peaks, and wide-open Andean scenery. After completing the circuit, we return to Cruzpata and then transfer back to Cusco, ending an exciting and memorable ATV experience.
